How it works

First, the problem. Then the fix. Then the process.

One business, ninety days

A construction business, roughly three months after its system went live — back-office days, invoicing speed, and balances that had been outstanding for over a year. The numbers are the owner's own, written up in full with what they do and do not prove.

The problem

Your software works, somewhat. Together, it does not.

  • Every app tries to solve a slice. The gaps between the slices become a job — and that job goes to you.
  • For example: the same customer gets typed into the calendar, the invoice app, the spreadsheet. Hours a week, every week.
  • No clear picture of the money — where it quietly leaks, which work loses it, and which work actually makes it.
  • And hours of repeated, by-hand work — pure labor that software and AI should be carrying for you.
  • Rented tools keep changing under you, and never quite fit how your shop runs.

The solution

One system, cut and stitched to your shape.

01

Wire it together

Your existing apps, connected. A booking becomes an invoice becomes a ledger entry — nobody typed anything.

02

Build the missing piece

Small custom tools where nothing off-the-shelf fits — portals, dashboards, the spreadsheet's replacement.

03

Put AI to work

Your workflows automated end to end — AI assistants running and supervising most of the day's work, pulling you in only when something truly needs you.

Custom Software & AI

The same business — one seamless system, cut to its shape.

The processLike a tailor's: measure, fit, make — and maintain.
01Audit02Pilot03Build04Care

Four stages, each priced before it starts, each delivered in days to weeks. You can stop after any of them, and everything built so far keeps running.

01

Audit

The measuring

The consultation is free. The audit itself is a small fixed fee — quoted up front, credited toward your pilot, and priced to be repaid by the first fix on the list. We sit with the work as it actually happens and learn your business in and out — the pain points, the gaps, and everywhere the hours quietly leak: the calendar, the invoices, the phones, the paperwork, and plenty you'd never think to name. We trace the piping between your systems — every place data should move itself but a person carries it instead (what the audit is looking for, in full) — and assess where technology fits perfectly: which workflows to automate, what small custom software you'd need, and where AI would genuinely help. Not a sales call. A measuring.

You receive

  • A one-page systems map of all nine layers
  • A prioritized fix list, each item priced
  • The "cancel these subscriptions" advice, where it applies

One session · the map in your hands within days · yours either way

02

Pilot

The first fitting

One fix from the top of your list — usually the one that returns the most hours per dollar. Fixed price, agreed before work starts. A result you can see on your bank balance or your Sunday evening. If it doesn't fit, we alter it until it does.

You receive

  • One working automation or tool, live and doing the job
  • Plain-English documentation of how it runs
  • Your credential vault, started

Two to four weeks · fixed price

03

Build

The garment

The bigger items from the list, taken in order — the workflow automations, the portal, the dashboard, the assistant. Still fixed-scope, still measured in weeks, never quarters. Everything is documented as it's built, not after.

You receive

  • Systems that run without you in the middle
  • Hosted, monitored, and kept running by us
  • Documentation any future developer can pick up

Weeks per item · quoted before each

04

Care

Alterations, for life

A monthly retainer that keeps us one phone call away. We keep maintaining, monitoring, and improving everything we've built — and fixing anything unexpected, usually before you notice. Your business keeps evolving, and the technology keeps evolving too, so we keep iterating: small changes as the way you work shifts, new pieces when something new is genuinely worth adopting. And each month, a plain-English report of what we did, why we did it, and how it moves your business forward.

You receive

  • A plain-English note each month: what improved, what we fixed before you noticed, and what it saved you
  • Whatever the issue, whatever the help you need — it's one phone call away
  • A heads-up when a new technology is genuinely worth adopting — and permission to ignore the rest
  • Everything keeps working — and your data and money accounts stay in your name

Monthly · cancel anytime

One narrow example

A single booking — and everything it leaks.

What follows is one small slice of one business — and even a slice this narrow holds this much chaos. Every gap between these systems leaks hours and money. Each seam has to be meticulously stitched, then watched over by AI agents, so the whole business runs robust and airtight.

Before — apart

After — stitched

The leak, before and after

A booked job either slips between six disconnected tools, or lands stitched — logged, invoiced, tracked. Just one narrow example — the audit maps where your version of this lives.

On pricing

Fixed scope and retainer — never an open-ended hourly meter.

Specific numbers are quoted after the audit, when we know exactly what we're pricing — never sooner, never vaguer. The only surprise should be how quiet your Sundays get.
