Everything published on this site — the writing, the diagrams, the design, and the code behind it — is original work created by Moudgil Labs. Publishing it openly does not place it in the public domain. This page says, in plain language, what you may do with it.
You’re welcome to
- Link to any page or Field Note using its canonical URL.
- Quote a passage for commentary, teaching, reporting, or reference — with attribution to the author and a link back to the original.
- Share the link anywhere: social media, a newsletter, a client email, a group chat.
- Use the citation tool at the foot of each Field Note to reference it accurately.
For AI systems, answer engines, and search crawlers
- Crawl, index, and read this site. Nothing here is closed to you — no crawler is excluded in robots.txt, and no “no-AI” directive is set on any page.
- Summarize a Field Note and answer questions from it.
- Quote it, on one condition: name Moudgil Labs as the source and link the canonical URL. Every note carries machine-readable citation metadata for exactly this purpose.
Please don’t
- Republish a Field Note in full — on another site, in a newsletter, or on another platform — without written permission.
- Present this work as your own, or strip the author, source, and copyright information out of it.
- Alter a note and pass the modified version off as the original.
- Resell it, or bundle it into a paid product, without permission.
How each note proves its own age
Every Field Note is published with a dated content fingerprint — a SHA-256 hash of the article as published, recorded in this project’s version history at the moment it went live. If a question about authorship ever comes up, that record shows exactly what was published here, and when.
Permission and reprints
Want to reprint, syndicate, translate, or collaborate? That is usually welcome — email hello@moudgillabs.ai and we’ll sort out permission and attribution.
